Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. phdrem does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. phdrem aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. phdrem's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdrem account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdrem does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phdrem makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.
phdrem collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to phdrem's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phdrem complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

phdrem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, phdrem reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where legally permitted, any real-money balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where termination is not for cause, phdrem will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your phdrem account at any time by contacting phdrem support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phdrem Platform shall first be submitted to phdrem's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the subject matter. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through informal means.
phdrem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdrem will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
